• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, health documents, and any other required travel documentation.
• VidaLuxe Travel LLC is not responsible for any travel disruptions or denied boarding resulting from incomplete or invalid travel documents.

11. Travel Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
• Clients acknowledge that if they choose not to purchase travel insurance, they do so at their own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

• VidaLuxe Travel LLC acts solely as an intermediary between the client and travel service providers. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we are not responsible for errors, cancellations, or changes made by service providers.
• We are not liable for additional costs arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to travel disruptions, weather events, or changes made by providers.
• VidaLuxe Travel LLC is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, delay, inconvenience, or other damages resulting from the actions or omissions of third-party providers.
• We are also not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or transportation disruptions.

13. Assumption of Risk and Waiver of Liability

By booking travel through VidaLuxe Travel LLC, you acknowledge and accept that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, delays, and financial loss. You voluntarily assume all such risks associated with your travel arrangements.

In particular, you understand that travel during times of public health concerns (including but not limited to pandemics such as COVID-19) carries additional risks. You agree to comply with all health and safety protocols and acknowledge that government-imposed restrictions may affect your travel plans.
